Pay the 30% deposit
Secure checkout with Stripe. Refundable until we start sculpting. You get a private tracking link.

We sculpt it in 3D
A sculptor models the figure from your photos, then splits it into colour parts that print cleanly.

Review it in 3D and mark it up
Spin the preview, pin notes anywhere, change colours, add props and chat with the makers. 2 change rounds included.

Approve and pay the balance
Nothing is printed until you approve, so there are no surprises.

Print in colour and finish by hand
We print, assemble and hand-detail the face. Progress photos appear on your tracking page.

Pack and ship
Rigid box with a foam insert and a tracking number on your page, or free pickup in Markham.
Days count from your deposit and assume you reply to the 3D preview within a day. Rush orders ship in 3 business days.
1. Photos
For people: two or three clear photos of the face (front and side) and one full-length photo for clothes. For pets: front, side and top views and a close-up of the face. Old or imperfect photos are fine for memorials; send everything you have.
2. Sculpting
A sculptor models the figure in 3D from your photos, then our software splits it into colour parts that print cleanly and fit together exactly.
3. Your 3D preview
You get a private tracking page with the 3D model. Rotate and zoom it, click anywhere to pin a note ("make the smile bigger"), change the colour of a part, add or remove props, or upload more photos. Approve it when it looks right.
4. Printing and finishing
We print the parts in colour, clean and assemble them, and finish faces and details by hand. You see progress updates and photos on your tracking page.
5. Delivery
Every figure ships in a rigid box with a foam insert. Arrives damaged? We reprint it free. We ship to Canada and the US, or free pickup in Markham.
