December is our busiest month, so we open Christmas orders in September and set a cutoff that still leaves time for your review, printing and delivery. The exact date is in the banner at the top of the page.
Team gifts are easy: one person starts the order, everyone else can see the 3D preview through the tracking link, and the engraved plaque carries the message from the whole team or class.

Two or three clear photos of each person or pet, plus the outfit, props and pose you imagine.

Secure checkout with Stripe. Refundable until we start sculpting. You get a private tracking link.

We sculpt it in 3D
A sculptor models the figure from your photos, then splits it into colour parts that print cleanly.

Review it in 3D and mark it up
Spin the preview, pin notes anywhere, change colours, add props and chat with the makers. 2 change rounds included.

Approve and pay the balance
Nothing is printed until you approve, so there are no surprises.

Print in colour and finish by hand
We print, assemble and hand-detail the face. Progress photos appear on your tracking page.

Rigid box with a foam insert and a tracking number on your page, or free pickup in Markham.
Days count from your deposit and assume you reply to the 3D preview within a day. Rush orders ship in 3 business days.

When do I need to order for Christmas?
Before the Christmas cutoff shown in the banner at the top of the page. After it, rush (3 business days) or local pickup in Markham may still work: ask in the chat.
Can a whole class or team chip in?
Yes. One person orders and pays; share the tracking link so everyone can see the 3D preview, and add an engraved plaque with the message from the group.
Can you add festive props?
Yes: a Santa hat, scarf, candy cane or wrapped present count as simple props, and two are included.
