A service award people actually keep
85% of North American employers run years-of-service awards, and most hand out a certificate. A figurine of the employee, in their work gear, on a plaque with their years, is the one that stays on the desk.
Service-award budgets run about CA$100 for five years and CA$150–200 for ten, which is exactly where our Mini and Classic figures sit. Each employee is sculpted from a couple of photos HR or their team sends us, in their uniform or with the tools of their trade, on an engraved plaque with their name and milestone.
We work with HR and office managers year-round: milestone awards are monthly, retirements cluster in June, and client holiday gifts are decided in September and October. Send us a list and we will quote volume pricing and a delivery schedule; every figure still gets its own 3D preview for approval.
We are local to Markham and York Region, so we can deliver in person, meet your team, and turn rush orders around in three business days. Company logos can go on clothing or the plaque when you own the right to use them.

Two or three clear photos of each person or pet, plus the outfit, props and pose you imagine.

Pay the 30% deposit
Secure checkout with Stripe. Refundable until we start sculpting. You get a private tracking link.

We sculpt it in 3D
A sculptor models the figure from your photos, then splits it into colour parts that print cleanly.

Review it in 3D and mark it up
Spin the preview, pin notes anywhere, change colours, add props and chat with the makers. 2 change rounds included.

Approve and pay the balance
Nothing is printed until you approve, so there are no surprises.

Print in colour and finish by hand
We print, assemble and hand-detail the face. Progress photos appear on your tracking page.

Pack and ship
Rigid box with a foam insert and a tracking number on your page, or free pickup in Markham.
Days count from your deposit and assume you reply to the 3D preview within a day. Rush orders ship in 3 business days.

Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, for 5 or more figures. Place one order with the details in the notes, or email us the list, and we quote in the order chat.
Can HR approve the previews instead of the employee?
Yes. Whoever has the tracking link approves; you can share it with a colleague.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes. Stripe receipts are issued to the company email, and we can send a formal invoice for the balance.
