Every figure ships in a rigid box with a foam insert. Arrives damaged? We reprint it free.

We only make original figures. If you want a costume inspired by a character, we design an original outfit in the same spirit.

Your photos are only visible to you (through your private tracking link) and our studio. We delete them 90 days after delivery.

Yes. One person orders and pays; share the tracking link so everyone can see the 3D preview, and add an engraved plaque with the message from the group.

Yes: a Santa hat, scarf, candy cane or wrapped present count as simple props, and two are included.

We follow it closely for outfit, pose and props, and use your real photos for the face, because AI faces rarely look quite like the person.

Of course. Each pet counts as an extra figure; send a couple of photos showing its markings.

Front, side and top views in good light, plus a close-up of the face. More photos help with markings; even old or blurry photos are useful for memorial pieces.

Yes, often. We take extra care with memorial orders and include as many revision rounds as needed to get the likeness right.

Birds, rabbits, reptiles, horses, fish: if you have photos, we can model it.

Usually, yes. Send everything you have; several imperfect photos together are better than one good one. We will tell you honestly if we need more.
